How we work

We visit you at home

We will schedule a convenient time to visit you at your home to discuss your project and discuss your ideas.

Scope of work & Proposal process

Once we have the scope of work determined, we will then create a detailed proposal for the work discussed. This process takes about a week depending on the complexity of your project. We then email you the proposal so that you can review, ask questions and/or approve the proposal/contract. A start date will be determined, and the build will commence with an expected timeline. Payments are also arranged at the time the proposal/contract is accepted.
